My artwork reflects my fascination of the Universe. The slab and coil built forms I make are inspired by the perpetually changing nature. There is a balance of chaos and order. My goal is to evoke this reality in my ceramic pieces. I am working with clay because of its unique tactile quality. With a combination of oxides and glazes, I build up color and visual depth that enhance my organic forms surfaces. My ceramic art celebrates the splendor of life and beauty of the earth.
